What does Natural Cycle IVF cost?

For patients without insurance we offer two separate Natural Cycle IVF packages, a single cycle and a three cycle program.

One Cycle Plan

Cost: $4,000

INCLUDED IN THE CYCLE FEE:

All blood tests performed during the NC-IVF treatment cycle
All ultrasound examinations performed during the treatment cycle
The egg retrieval, analgesia, and supplies
ICSI and the culture of egg and embryo < 4 days
One ultrasound-guided embryo transfer
A cycle review session with a nurse, all facility fees
In the event of premature ovulation or LH surge, patients who have at least one fallopian tube open will be offered IUI for no additional charge.

All included services must be performed at Dominion Fertility

NOT INCLUDED IN THE CYCLE FEE:

Routine IVF prescreening, including a mock embryo transfer
Medications
Embryo or sperm cryopreservation and storage fees
Assisted hatching**
Extended culture of embryos**
Gender selection
Complications of therapy
Pregnancy testing and monitoring

** These embryology services are offered to you at a reduced fee of $500.00 each as part of our Extra ART package, whether performed singly or all, no matter the number of embryos. Solely the doctor and/or the embryologist determine the needs for these services. The patient may not be consulted before these services are performed, but are responsible for the charges.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

A cycle attempt is complete only after egg retrieval is performed even if an egg is not retrieved.
If your cycle is cancelled or converted to an insemination or coitus cycle and no egg collection is performed you will receive a $1000.00 refund.
No other refunds are available for any other reason.

Three Cycle Plan

Cost: $11,000.00

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

Each patient will be entitled to only one course of treatment (up to 3 NC-IVF attempts) and the course of treatment must be completed over a period not to exceed 6 months (starting on the first day of the first cycle of treatment which must begin within 2 months of the mock embryo transfer).
In the event that all 3 NC-IVF cycles are attempted (including conversions to insemination or coitus treatment), but no egg is retrieved, $5,500.00 will be refunded.
The patient may voluntarily discontinue treatment after the first or second completed NC-IVF. If the patient discontinues treatment, refunds are as follows:

1- Discontinue treatment after the first cycle attempt: refund $7000.00

2- Discontinuation treatment after the second cycle attempt: refund $3000.00

3-Patients are not eligible for refunds if they elect to discontinue course of treatment without medical indication or prior approval from a Dominion Fertility physician. A cycle attempt is complete only after egg retrieval is performed even if an egg is not retrieved. No other refunds are available for any other reason.

4-If a patient becomes pregnant during the 3 NC-IVF periods, whether spontaneously or through treatment, and the patient maintains her pregnancy through the last day of the 6-month treatment period, the program is deemed successful and no refund will be issued.
