Dominion Fertility’s "IVF Hope" program is simply an extension of our already successful Natural Cycle IVF program that was launched in January 2007. "IVF Hope" was designed for patients who have been told that they have little or no hope of achieving pregnancy, but wish to continue infertility treatment with their own ova. Such patients have been told by their doctors that they have less than a 5% chance for pregnancy with their own ova, and that they may want to consider ova donor IVF or adoption. "IVF Hope" allows patients the opportunity to try more treatments with their own eggs prior to undergoing ova donor IVF or adoption.

The success we have had with our Natural Cycle IVF program has allowed us to extend this program to include patients who have not been successful with other infertility treatments. This success is, in part, due to the fact that the woman’s body naturally selects the best egg for each cycle to be released. Simpler, less invasive and less expensive than stimulated IVF, Dominion Fertility is pleased to be able to offer this option to patients with a wide range of infertility issues. • Age- not restricted
• Elevated Day 3 FSH (> 10 mIU/ml) or other evidence of diminished ovarian reserve
• Failed previous IVF treatments
• Not a candidate for stimulated IVF
